"Do what you think needs to be done.  Give yourself permission to let the other stuff go.  Do you really need to iron all the underwear and towels?  (don't laugh, my mom does this).  Does anybody really care what's under the fridge?  If he asks why something wasn't done, tell him you were too busy cooking his meals, raising his children, and resting up for a night of hot passion.  

If he still complains about the juice stuck to the floor, tell him he knows where the mop is."
