Llewellyn's
Witches' Datebook 2006
ISBN 0-7387-0154-8
Reviewed by Eliza Yetter
Unlike any datebook you could buy at an office supply store,
Llewellyn's Witches' Datebook gives a Witch all the tools she needs
for planning rituals and spellwork.
The datebook includes the daily color, moon quarters, moon in the
signs, moon void-of-course, planetary movements, planting and
harvesting days, time zone changes, holidays, and historical events
pertaining to Witches and Witchcraft.
Each month also includes spells, recipes, and poetry.
Five articles are included in the Witches' Datebook:
Walking the Path by Raven Grimassi gives insight into living
your chosen path and applying your beliefs towards everyday events.
The Magic of Time by Abby Willowroot discusses how time
affects our lives and how we interact with it.
Midnight Weeding by Dallas Jennifer Cobb shows how to use the
Dark Moon to rid the weeds from both your garden and your life.
Personal Power by Danny Pharr tells how to claim your
personal power to achieve success in life.
Forgotten Days of Power by James Kambos brings seven ancient
holidays back into the light.
Finally, the Appendix includes daily magical influences, color
correspondences, lunar phases, the moon's sign, eclipses, full
moons, planetary retrogrades, and moon void-of-course data.
Altogether, Llewellyn's Witches' Datebook 2006 is fabulous. It is
the perfect daily reference book for spellcrafting and ritual
planning. Always at my side, I can not function without my copy. |
